Due to our company growth we are recruiting an Accounts Assistant (part-time) to fit into our Accounts Team.

What we’re looking for 

Skills

Knowledge and experience in a directly applicable field – either business or accounts firm
Good knowledge of accounting practices and procedures
VAT knowledge on expenses
Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Demonstrated success in quickly learning new systems and tools to manage business functions
Experience with Quickbooks is essential


What you will be doing
You will check the authenticity of the invoices received with the POs raised
You will save the approved invoices in the correct format in the company’s Purchase Ledger register
You will be entering invoices received by the company into QuickBooks
You will assist in the preparation of the weekly payment runs
You will assist in reconciling company bank accounts
You will assist in reconciling company credit cards

Video Installation Project Manager

Reporting to the Head of Production, the Video Installations Project Manager will be required to plan and lead our permanent installations projects.
Having supported the sales process the successful candidate will take full ownership of the development, delivery and after-sales support of complex video installations.


What we’re looking for 

Skills

Highly organised communicator 
Attention to detail & commitment to highest standards of safety and quality 
Construction Industry experience, preferably within AV installation 
Excellent project management skills
Broad technical knowledge – specifically Video but also networking, audio, power, engineering and ventilation. 
Commitment to working deadlines 
Willingness to travel and work flexible and unsocial hours as required to support projects 
Full UK Driving License 
CAD drafting  

 
Desirable

Knowledge of a wide range of video display technology 
Knowledge of Media Server technology - specifically:  
Medialon, Crestron, Kramer, Disguise, Watchout, Touchdesigner, Brightsign, DisplayMapper & Resolume – Training will be provided where required 
Relevant Qualifications for site project management 
Health and Safety Management accreditation 
CSCS/ECS accreditation 
Project management / leadership training

What we’re looking for 

Skills

Someone who takes responsibility for budgeting, scheduling, resourcing and managing the workload of a team of designers
Ensures the successful and timely delivery of projects  
 Breaks down brief/feedback and creating daily task list for each designer
Comfortable creating and managing budgets of £50K – £500K  
Cost projects to support proposals through the sales process
Serves as the main client interface on projects, clarify strategic requirements, explain complex ideas clearly, and manage expectations
Maintains good, constructive client communication through the production process
Has a solutions-focused mind-set
Has strong experience and understanding of the 3D animation pipe-line including the rendering process
Experience with interactive pipelines (Touch Designer, Notch, Unity)
Comfortable producing shoots to feed into the animation workflow
Strong negotiator who always looks for a win-win outcome

Desirable

Experience producing projection mapping and LED content.  
Experience with process improvement
