Senior Production Manager

We are expanding our team of talented Production Managers and are recruiting for a Senior Production Manager to ensure the smooth-running delivery of our projects.


Key Responsibilities & Duties

Full production management from initial pitch through to final design and delivery
Liaise with freelancers and suppliers to ensure the event is crewed effectively
Liaise with venues and 3rd party stakeholders to ensure the event runs smoothly and safely
Arrange and amend travel and logistic plans for the crew and all equipment
Produce, combine and adapt schedules, technical drawings and H&S documentation
Manage and control production budgets exceeding £500k
Work with our accounts team to ensure invoices, POs and documentation are issued and paid on time
Provide updates and correspondence with the end client and ensure any issues are flagged to Business Director / Account Manager
Work to company process, lead meetings and keep all stakeholders up to date of progress on projects
Report budgets and utilisation figures to Production Director

 
Knowledge and skills

At least 6+ years in an event production role
Excellent knowledge of Excel and all MS Office Applications
Excellent organisational and administration skills
Good knowledge of all aspects of professional AV for live events (Projection, LED, Audio, LX, Power)
Polished interpersonal communication and written English skills
Adaptable with a flexible approach to working
Reliable with a can-do attitude
Strive to continually improve and be meticulous with detail
Able to work to own initiative with broad direction
Prepared to work outside of normal hours to support logistical and delivery requirements


Desirable Skills & Experience

Advanced user of Autocad / Sketchup / Vectorworks
Good knowledge of 3D projection mapping and disguise workflow

We are looking for a Senior Accounts Manager who will be reporting to our Business Director. This is a client facing role which requires professional experience and industry knowledge to push for the best from all parties. 
 

What we’re looking for

Skills
 
You understand the basic building blocks of all our technology solutions – projectors, LED, media servers, and you are keen to learn more. 
You enjoy a fast-moving pace of life, responding to client briefs, transforming often unrealistic ideas into unforgettable experiences, working with budgets from £10k-£250k+ depending on experience 
You finalise the costs of everything involved in a project, define the experience, and drive the projects through our pre-production process where our studio, technology and production teams will take over the delivery 
You can concept and pitch innovative ideas to progress and close sales 
You understand how to effectively quote for production and creative services 
You can manage and oversee projects from initial brief through to hand over to production teams 
You quickly build and maintain client relationships in a relaxed and personable manner 
You show genuine interest in technology/AV events and digital experiences 
You are creative, who flourishes in the right environment 


 
 
Desirable

6+ years events industry experience within a technical production company or AV environment.  
Basic VWX/SketchUp skills to help solve and communicate 3D problems

Senior 3D Artist

What we’re looking for

Skills

Solid knowledge of C4D and Adobe After Effects; we want you to bring expertise to the table and really push the studio to the next level
Over 5 years’ experience in motion graphics and experience leading a creative team. 
Art direction and good old communication
Excellent 2D and 3D animation skills
Concept development
Pitching and presentation
Knowledge of 3D pipeline
Experience with, Python, Ventuz, Realflow, Character Rigging, Octane, Notch and UV map workflow for disguise/d3 highly desirable
