Disney Infinity



The idea

Disney Infinity is the first game to bring together characters from different movies, so we used our Motion Mapper technology to create a Disney 'digital parade' around London. We needed to produce an engaging video for online distribution and a separate hero photograph for print release.



The canvas

The Disney parade video was filmed across London, which showed the characters coming together from all over town. We needed a 'wow' location for the press shot, so we projected all the characters together onto the White Cliffs of Dover.



The physics

We used a 'moving head' projector and our exclusive Motion Mapper software to show the Disney characters actually travelling through London. We also used our unique Revolving Projection Vehicle (RPV) - a customised Nissan Navara with an on-board production machine and generator.



The experience

The projections were filmed to create a promotional video for online release on the Disney Infinity YouTube channel. The video racked up more than 250,000 hits, and the campaign was covered in The Sun, The Metro, The Daily Mirror, The Telegraph, ITN, Yahoo and many more.
